- Create long term value in multifamily rental housing investments for our shareholders and investors through well executed transactions and vigilant oversight – ensuring that Mid-City’s interests are aligned with its fiduciary responsibilities to the shareholders and investors.
- Establish and maintain enduring relationships with public and private organizations, including investors, lenders, housing associations, and trade groups while also creating and maintaining quality housing in service enriched communities for our residents
- Utilize federal programs and federally assisted housing opportunities such as tax credits and interest rate subsidies to create quality affordable housing communities and to otherwise optimize the ennobling value of public-private partnerships.
- Leverage Mid-City’s tradition and fundamental strengths to opportunistically grow the portfolio through the strategic acquisition of multifamily housing investments
