Dennis A. Koubek, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Koubek serves as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Mid-City Financial Corporation. In this capacity he oversees all accounting, income tax matters and cash management for Mid-City and its affiliated entities and correspondence with investors in affiliated entities. Mr. Koubek also serves as a trustee for the company’s health and retirement plans and a member of the asset management committee.

Prior to joining Mid-City in 1981, Dennis held various positions with Alexander Grant & Company, Certified Public Accountants, including the position of Audit Partner from 1979 to 1981.

Dennis is a graduate of Cornell College and holds an M.B.A. from Indiana University.
