Mid-City Financial Corporation invests in a variety of multifamily properties and focuses on providing investors with appropriate risk-adjusted returns. The Investment Services team coordinates the due diligence on every transaction, determines the optimal debt structure, and negotiates best available terms and conditions with our lender partners. Additionally, the team ensures that the closing process is properly conducted in a timely manner, and that the business plan is ready to be executed by our Asset Management group once the transaction is completed.
In recent years, Mid-City has acquired conventional apartment properties, general partner and limited partner interests in apartment deals. The Investment Services team has redeveloped tax credit properties, and has otherwise repositioned other properties through the deployment of capital and/or conversion of the property to a market rate property. Mid-City’s business continues to be multifamily rental housing and we continue to focus on maximizing investment returns and exceeding the return expectations of our investors while managing appropriate risk.
