Sheri Jessell serves as the Vice President of Mid-City Financial Corporation. In 1999, Sheri established Mid-City’s southern regional office in Charlotte, North Carolina.  She currently manages the Mid-City South office and oversees all regional activity. Sheri is responsible for the asset management of a significant portion of the Mid-City portfolio, and her career encompasses an array of real estate disciplines.
 
Since joining Mid-City in 1993, Sheri has been active in the preservation and repositioning of affordable properties, including some of the first transactions under various HUD-sponsored programs.  She is also actively involved in the acquisition, disposition, refinancing, rehabilitation and the evaluation of real estate tax assessments of Mid-City properties. Sheri began her career as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Company.  She has since accumulated more than 25 years of real estate experience, including lead asset management positions with several institutional companies including USF&G Insurance and Liberty Mutual.
